Born in more gentle times, I have always been slightly wayward. It was an expensive convent education in the wilds of the Welsh countryside that started it all. Starved of boys until the age of 13, my arrival at a North Devon Comprehensive was akin to releasing a heifer from a barn in spring.
My slide into total debauchery was arrested only by my love of horses gave me something else to ride.
At 16 I left school and moved to Buckinghamshire to become a pupil of the British Horse Society. Training for my instructors exams. It was here I developed a penchant for scrubbing, shiny boots and discipline.
Having qualified as a riding instructor, I removed my Jodhpur (and most of my other clothes) to establish Scrubbers, a topless car valeting service in Milton Keynes. With the slogan ‘The best hand job in town’. Scrubbers was a media darling…..but vilified by the local authorities
One word sums up what happened to Scrubbers…..Winter! However a glimpse of the future was Scrubbers’ indoor service: Stag nights in which the gents were waxed and lathered instead of their cars.
Washing mens’ other favourite toy for them proved to be a hit and I evolved from Becky the Scrubber to Madam Becky the vice queen with my first escort agency Treacle Tarts Upper Crust Delights. Treacle Tarts was a typical escort service with the ladies visiting clients at their homes or hotels. I was unhappy with the potential risks of these ‘out-calls’ and helped to establish ”The Bordello Project” with local GU Clinic and out-reach workers. A drop in and forum for working ladies to discuss health issues and find support.
The legendary Becky’s Kittens was then established as a safe place for ladies to work from. Kittens’ focused on providing a pampering service – ”massage with a happy ending” in a fun environment. The ladies were not obliged to offer any personal service which removed the exploitation dimension. The atmosphere of fun and relaxation was empowering for the ladies and comforting for the gets who visited. A winning formula, which is reminisced over still by previous clients in the popular ‘punter forums’.
Kittens starred in ITV’s Person Services television docu-soap in 2003. It achieved the highest ratings to that date for a late night TV series. The producers described me as ”a female 21st Century Benny Hill” and I went on to do the rounds of daytime TV shows including This Morning and Trisha. This led me to embark on a career as an author and after-dinner speaker.
In 2004 I posed nude along with 11 other ladies from a Buckinghamshire village, for a charity calendar, raising money for cancer Research. I was ‘outed’ and my notoriety scored the front page of the local newspaper ( and vilification by more local authorities). This triggered another round of national press features…. and in no small way increased donations to cancer research!
I opened Foo Foo an adult lifestyle shop in Milton Keynes in 2005. Selling sexy lingerie and adult toys to trans gendered people and those with alternative lifestyles. Foo Foo became known as the in place for ladies with a more curvy figure to find fabulous sexy lingerie and corsets.
This led onto ”The Foo Foo Love Limo”. A ladies only limo service. Pink fur, naughty novelties and champagne! The perfect girls night out.
Foo Foo also provided pole dancing fitness lessons for ladies or all ages, shapes and abilities.
Madam Becky’s had now evolved into a very popular 24 hour 7 day a week Gentlemens’ Club, with an excellent reputation for customer satisfaction, fun and frivolity. Life coaching sessions and health insurance were provided for the staff.
Business expanded throughout the Home Counties, bringing me to the attention of several more local authorities.
Having had enough of being told off, I decided to sell Madam Becky’s and head off to France for a nice sit down.
Now back in the Uk I’m working hard with a book due to be published later this year. I am also teaching decorative concrete finishes throughout Europe. Well, I had the kneepads anyway……..
